Shipping policy

All physical products, cosmetics, skincare and skincare tools will shipped via USPS mail to the shipping address you provide on your order. While we do our best to use First Class and Priority USPS services to promptly get your orders to you within 1-3 days, we have no control over your packages once transferred to the care of the USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen, late or undelivered shipments. We will provide you with all tracking information upon your order receipt. 

Skin Property will charge you a flat shipping rate of $8 for all packages traveling within the continental United States, or free shipping if your purchase order totals $275 or more. For shipments outside the continental United States, shipping rates will be based on location and weight, and will not be eligible for free shipping.
