My time with Emily was SO well spent. She is professional, kind, affable and knowledgeable - I mean REALLY knows her stuff. I was instantly comfortable. I really appreciated how well-researched her products and approaches were but without her being - God, this phrase is SO over-used - but “Type A” - hyper about it; she just genuinely cares about providing excellent service and she recognizes that superior products are a big part of that. HOWEVER, she is NOT on the hard-sell with anything either, which I also appreciate.
