Imagine a skincare fairy godmother that comes into your life and gives you exactly what you need to achieve your skin dreams - all from the comfort of your own home! This is pretty much what Emily's virtual coaching entails.

How does it work?

All new virtual clients start by booking a 60 minute Zoom consultation with Emily. During this call, you and Emily will discuss your skin and relevant health history, along with your current skincare routine and preferences.

Following this initial call, Emily will send you a personalized, comprehensive report, or "roadmap" that will explain her key observations and recommendations in achieving your skin goals. This will also include a full product home care recommendation, hand-picked from six various professional brands Emily independently approves and supplies (Note that Emily is not incentivized or paid to use/sell any particular product).

From there, you can decide to work with Emily monthly for optimal results or take your learnings and try it out yourself! No pressure.

If you decide to work with Emily, you'll get exclusive access to top tier skincare products and discounts, regular routine management through seasons and changes, important education and tips and special gifts! Your monthly coaching fee is $20 (not including skincare) and you can cancel at any time.

Like any personalized program, pricing will vary from client to client. However, there are no surprises and you and Emily will agree upon a budget upfront.

Emily's program is designed to help you learn more about your unique skin and needs, and teach you how to care for it long-term. Because of this, Emily wants you to be in a sustainable regimen that works for your budget and lifestyle preferences. She knows this is a huge factor when it comes to life-time skincare success and achieving goals. With that said, her clients range from spending about $150 per month all the way to $400 per month in skincare products + coaching fees. This is based on many individual factors unique to each client.

Also, most clients agree that they end up saving money over time since they no longer are blindly buying new products or doing consistent professional treatments (that's right, many virtual clients find they no longer need or get professional treatments!).

Yes! This is mainly to control quality of products, control over results and to keep your coaching fees low. Emily does her best to keep skincare prices competitive and offer you select discount perks when she can. If you purchase skincare elsewhere, Emily will not be able to guarantee results.

To ensure her clients' best interests, Emily refuses to be sponsored, paid, or otherwise incentivized by any skincare brand.

Instead, to meet and exceed her high expectations, she meticulously selects a curated shortlist of proven effective skincare brands and products based on evaluations of quality, safety, efficacy, purity and sustainability. This approach allows her to maintain the most control over results and ensure consistency over time.

Unlike many online outlets, such as Amazon, Emily also guarantees that the products she recommends are fresh, unexpired, and unadulterated.

Moreover, purchasing products through Emily's store plays a crucial role in keeping her coaching fees affordable. With a robust background in ingredients and formulas, Emily conducts extensive research and trial and error to identify the world's best skincare products—ones that are not only effective but also safe and budget-friendly. Typically, Emily works with up to four or five trusted brands simultaneously, ensuring that she can cater to every client's specific needs, skin type, sensitivities, and even budget considerations. This commitment translates into a truly customized recommendation for each client.

As a coaching client, you'll also enjoy the added perk of a discounted rate on products—a token of appreciation for entrusting Emily with your skincare journey.

Emily is based out of the United States and this membership works best for those also living in the United States, since Emily personally ships you your skincare via the United States Post Office. Those outside of the US are welcome to become members, but it may be much more expensive to ship you your products due to customs and higher rates.

While a limited amount of products are available to non-members and non-clients, only virtual coaching monthly members and in-person clients will have access to professional skincare products via the Skin Property online store. This is for your protection and skin's best interest.

All members will receive custom recommendations and exclusive discount perks.

No, the program is intended to give you all the tools and products needed to achieve your skin results from the comfort of your own home.

For those looking for in-person treatments, Emily offers advanced facial treatments out of her spa in Winter Garden, Florida. Booking is available on the home page.

Your fresh and temperature controlled products are being shipped from Wisconsin or Florida respectively. All orders are mailed via USPS Priority or First Class to accommodate 1-3 day delivery times.

Emily offers a flat fee shipping rate for her monthly GLOW+ members depending on location - usually $7-$8 for most of the continental US. Shipping might be slightly higher if you live outside of this geography or choose for signature delivery.

All members receive free shipping on orders over $275 after tax and discounts.

All non-member orders will be charged for USPS assigned shipping costs by weight and destination.

Emily offers in-person product sales during in-person treatments for her Winter Garden, FL spa clients only.
